Edits to Premade Website.

Hello,
I am the owner of http://Zeiyon.com/ and I want a few edits done to it.
Here is the list of edits I want:

1. Contact Form, one thats a part of the website, and emails me the Responses.


2. A simple new page with text in it, for vouches. It has the User's name and under it their review. EX.

Zeiyon:
Great Website! I would Purchase from again!

Zeiyon:
Great Website! I would Purchase from again!

Zeiyon:
Great Website! I would Purchase from again!
etc.


3. Edit the Footer, and add a new word that is linked to a page.


4. Add a Favicon.
