After 1 year and 4 months of serving, we are looking to expand our Director's team.
We are looking for someone who is willing to work for Elagon, so a person who does already have experience in being CEO / Director in a service team company.
The requirements are:
- At least 15 years of age.
- Innovative
- Correct English, It won't matter if English isn't your mother tongue, as long as you speak/type it fluently.
- Motivated
Is it paid?
The function Director will be paid in % of monthly sales in the whole team due, we have a big difference in sales each month we don't agree to a static amount each month. The payments will be treated by Stef, the founder of Elagon. He will stay in charge of the payments. You will not receive access to it.
What will I do within Elagon?
In Elagon, you will have to work behind the scenes but also giving the (new) members a great time. However, this means you will have to work on marketing plans, contracts, new idea's for Elagon, improve the ones we have now, Find new staff members, and serving our clients in the best way you can.
