What's up guys! I'm going to get straight to the point. Early in 2020, Element Studios was created. Back then, I was starting alone, no money, no server, no nothing. I knew that this was a bad start. I had nothing and nobody to help me out. But I went through all that and now I'm here, with a fully setup Discord server and team. (consisting of only four people xD)
You might ask: what even is Element Studios? Well, we are a dedicated build team with only one goal: to provide the best builds in the most affordable price to the most clients possible. But being alone or with a little help is doing no help in helping Element Studios reach that goal. As of such, we have decided to hire freelancers and a Co-Owner to help me during this process.
As a freelancer, you will get a 75% of the amount earned in the commission. You will be required to submit a portfolio with quality images of your builds. You must act professional when dealing clients and to always provide satisfactory builds. It doesn't matter whether you build on Java or Bedrock Edition - we still need you.
As a Co-Owner, you are NOT required to have a budget, but that would be a plus. As we plan to build for both Java and Bedrock Edition, you are required to have Java Edition. The reason behind that is because the Owner (me) only has Bedrock Edition. So, in order to successfully build for both editions, you are required to have Java Edition.
