Hello, My name is DocDrewskii. I am one of the current owners of ElementalSkies. An upcoming Minecraft Network. We are currently looking for 2 managers for our server. We are paying both managers equally the same and both managers are to work together as well as coordinate decisions together. Both positions are for General Management and the work-load is going to be split and alternated each week. That being said, We are paying $60/week and the pay will be weekly. We require all management and management related positions to sign an NDA to protect our assets. Both the owners have signed the NDA aswell.

General Management Description and Duties
Project management (Budget, Documentation, Configurations, Connection-Making)
Community Management (Forums, Discord, Tickets, Announcements and other public announcements and formats)
Staff Management (Staff Guides & Documentation, Staff Mentoring, Staff Applications and Interviews)
