ElementCraft Job Positions:

Hello MC-Market Community! We are a server that recently split from a network and are looking for new people to join our team! We currently have about 90 active members in our discord and average about 25-30 people in-game at a time. However, we are planning on increasing our numbers. We are looking for the following positions:

Lead Java Developer:
We are looking for talented Devs to help us maintain our server and community.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of Java Dev experience. Be experienced in Porject Korra or willing to learn about it. Fluent in English.

Marketing Manager:
Looking for someone who can help the community grow, as well as provide us with strategies to maximize player retention. You will also be in charge of hiring content creators that we deem fit. There will be a target goal that you must hit each week/month.
Requirements:
Preferably 2-3+ years of experience in Community Marketing and Advertising. Must be fluent in English.

Illustrator and GFX Designers - Will be in charge of creating artwork for the server, involves art that we use for updates, promote sales, banners, etc.
Requirements:
Have a lot of experience and be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
