Commands:
/elevators - Main command shows plugin info!
/elevators minecart - Toggles minecart elevator mode
/elevators sign - Toggles sign elevator

Sign Elevator:
Players can create a sign elevator by making a sign with the following on it
Line 1: [Elevator]
Line 2: Up or Down

Features to be added in the future:
Lang file to edit ALL messages
Be able to edit what is on the sign elevators
