This position requires you to have experience with Multicraft, our clients that purchase dedicated servers pay an extra fee that is then 100% paid to you to setup Multicraft, phpMyAdmin and MySQL for them. For every client you setup those 3 things you will be paid $10 USD PER CLIENT.
This position also requires you to help in emergency situations, if no other specialist is available you will be asked to maybe add a new Daemon to your shared hosting panel. Some members from this position may be chosen as support technicians.
