I commented on their Post that "my friend was scammed so i won't be using your host"
After this they started an argument.Now because of those comments on their post.They decided to punish me with negative reps on my account. I reported them twice but the staff still hasn't answered me.

This is one of the accounts of Spongydoo, the ElixirNode Owner ( i'm not sure if it's his account ). But anyways is there something i can do to remove this negative rep ?

ElixirNode is not associated with anyone in this thread (with the exception of myself of course), this user has attacked the company on our thread and has been replied to. We oppose Kazdeejuyy 's behavior towards this, we thank you for your help, however, there's no need for rudeness.
I'd like to clear a couple of things though:

The general meaning of "wreck" would mean to destroy in a way. However, I do not see any destruction made to the host as this is a made-up story. We have yet to know why this user is doing this or what his intent is, believe it or not, this had no real negative effect on the host since less than 1% of our client base is from mc-market.

ElixirNode is trademarked under its parent company Alhabib Studios under the name of ELIXIR GENERAL TRADING CO. WLL in Kuwait. Please do not assume anything even if we do not disclose such information on our site, from what I can tell, it's not disclosed in yours either. Although our membership with the KCCI is temporarily inactive, it is prereserved by its owners and can be activated at any time if infringement or otherwise the need to protect the company occurs.
A one time fee is taken to establish the company, of course assuming you meet all the requirements. Afterward you are to a pay fee over a certain time frame to keep the membership going for protection, however it can still be inactive and can be activated at any time. At time of inactivity, the company is still owned by its rightful owners regardless and is legally "there":

We are sorry to hear that, however we do not agree with your logic. The fact that you would see a host as "good" or "bad" through someone not affiliated with it, not even a customer... is a bit outside our logic point. Regardless, we respect your opinion/view regarding us.

1.Guys to be real elixirnode owner is using multiple accounts on discord aswell as on forums to manipulate the deals.

2. Secondly I am 100% sure these guys are not 18+ yet and doing business illegally.

3.Owner of this company tries to be quite on his main account and use abusive words from the other account to show that he doesn't rage and respect others which he actually don't do.

4. Elixirnode is also not a verified/registered company and these guys from Kuwait Arab countries trying to scam people on forum.
