I'll make this brief and simple, ElixirNode is looking for marketers/advertisers, you will advertise the host using an affiliate link. All those you redirect to our site will give automatically gain you money, and for every purchase, you will receive 100% of the amount paid for the first month (so if you redirect someone and they purchase our 4 GB plan, you would get $7 for that person alone). You will be paid in PayPal.
As long as you're making progress you're good to go. Not many requirements are there, checkout https://elixirnode.com/positions -- the position is explained there. If you pass your 1-week trial you'll be interviewed and be given an official position.
