I've worked with ella before and while she is very capable of being a good manager, she also sometimes can get irritated easily.

Basically a neutral vouch from me.

The reason being so is because I always frequently get asked why I left the Hypixel staff team. The reason for this is because of my mothers death I had to tend to my family. I tend to say personal reasons and people keep digging for a stronger answer, and of course once given they stop. It’s just something I don’t like to discuss. First off to start, most managers are from America or the UK so my time zone of GMT+8 is unique and effective for when most companies staff base is asleep

Just want to point out, unless it's an AU network, ya can't really assist staff or players in that weird time zone . (This is not meant to discourage or antagonize, just something to point out)
