Here are some plugin ideas for you:

1. Custom Currency (Including Virtual & Physical and a Shop - GUI Based)
   
2. Ability Runes (Right-Click a configured rune and receive the ability, examples include (no fall damage & increased attack speed)
3. Staff-Mode (Yes there are lost of these but often have multiple issues, focus on an optimised one.)
