How does everyone get paid, you might be asking yourself. Good question. Freelancers will receive 80% of the commission. The Managers/Company gets 10% and the Client Manager will get 10%.Cinematographer

Obviously, the freelancers did the work, but why the Managers and Client Manager? Well, the Client Manager will be coordinating between the client and freelancer, or they may have just brought them in, OR gotten the job for the freelancer. And the managers receive some of the cut due to the work they put into keeping the place running.
What do I get?
Besides money, what do you get? Well, you're able to get your name out there as well as build a reputation. By having people advertise your products and skills, you can get customers. Should you be great at what you do, people are sure to spread the word. In a similar way, by working on a service team, your reputation could be built up.

Many have formed an idea of a service company, Mc-Market is used to seeing them come and go in the blink of an eye. But Elysian aims for more. While many service companies do it for money, Elysian does it for quality. Our Managers are dedicated to ensuring there is customer satisfaction as well as that our staff are the best they can be. And we want you to join us in the development of this project. Before we can release (the managers are looking at the end or middle of February), we want to make sure our freelancers are capable and that we have enough.
