Hello! I'm not sure if this is possible so please let me know below, but I am looking for some kind of plugin that can allow me to 3d model an elytra for 1.16.3, as far as I know I'm not entirely sure it is possible, so if there's anything anyone would be willing to make please PM me!

I tried to make it into a texturepack but the actual elytra model itself on your back can't change models apparently, unless I'm missing something?

well plugins don't change the source code, I think you're looking for a mod

You can change anything with custom model data and JSON. Google it.
