What are good email providers that don't need verification? i.e. don't want phone number or email.

Protonmail needs verification from me now.

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Use a temporary mail like guerillamail. There's so many of them they rarely get blocked.

You can use a temporary phone number. Chances of somebody discovering that you use that is almost 0. Also, you can use a burner if you REALLY are into that kind of stuff.

outlook isn't so bad and if it's just migrating 1 account could just set up a domain forwarder (if you own a domain)

Do you mean just entering a random phone number? Typically the email providers send a code to confirm if it is correct.

What do you mean by if I do it right?

But outlook requires verification? I feel like it would be easier to use a public email host in case I wanted to sell the account with email access. That is if I understood what you mean by "domain forwarder" correctly.

There are public phone numbers you can use to confirm the mail. They may be already used for the services you need though.

G-mail: don't use a vpn
Protonmail: Every 3 emails, use a different device. IP doesn't matter.
