TERMS OF SERVICE
By ordering from me you agree to accept and abide by these terms
1. Deposits are NOT refundable. Once you pay the first 50% you agree that you've paid for the services, regardless of whether you choose to purchase the final product. Only during the sketching stage can you cancel your order.
2. Chargebacks are not permitted.
3. I hold the right to cancel orders for whatever reason. If I cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
4. You are NOT allowed to claim to be the creator of the product or alter, edit, or resell the product without my permission. You are however allowed to use the final product for whatever you'd like without credit to me.
5. I will not provide you with the raw file (.psd/.sai). This can be purchased for a fee.
6. It is not my responsibility to store your final picture. Sometimes I delete old files, and while I will do my best to recover your work, I am not held responsible if you lose the image.
7. I will only allow very minor changes after full payment has been made. If you approve the sketch, you agree to that being what you're ordering - if, upon finishing the piece, you decide that it's not what you order, I am not held responsible. A fee will be charged for large changes.
