We may or may not have any intention of selling it;
Nevertheless, how much would a server such as:

Our owner, Pendar2, decided it was best to step away from the community. When you own a server of that size, it instills a continuous burden onto ones wallet. Joel used to outbid every other server over @ MCSL, and because of that, we had gotten the #1 spot every single month. As 2016 came to a close, we had advertised a mere few times within that year. Our advertising habits were failing, and all of the servers profit (yes, 100%) of it, was going to the pocket of Joel, and not to the staff that was maintaining it. Mod_Masta, the current Head Admin, filled in the owner role that Joel hadn't provided, only niche being that he didn't receive pay, or have access to any valuable server files, allowing for little room for revamp. As of May 2017, our last advertisement was placed in October, and because of that, our overarching player-base came crashing down. Players and staff alike had realized the server was failing, and quickly jumped over board. Emenbee hasn't been able to hire a developer, except for myself and one other, since 2015 at least. Lack of development, lack of commitment, and lack of organization/effort cause the overall "death" of emenbee. As sad as it is, I feel bad, especially to those such as my fellow teammates, that committed such a valiant display towards the servers overall growth and progression. Mod_masta has been deciding whether or not, he too should jump overboard, with the rest of us. If Mod_masta leaves, the server will likely go from 180 concurring players, to 10, if not 0. As sad as it is, it all comes down to commitment. I always advise new server owners of the high stakes in the field. Disasters such as Emenbee, shouldn't be overlooked while establishing a server.what happend?
