Hello!
The Emerald Build Team is a newly founded team created by two experienced professional builders, myself (mcrb) and my partner SnowBro. We created the Emerald Build Team for a variety of reasons, the first being we are both very passionate about our building and our services. We always strive for excellence when building and have a absolute blast playing this game and offering our skills to the public. Second, we simply want to make the best possible team of builders that we can, and create gorgeous, functional structures that are fit to the customers desires. To be able to reach these aspirations we are in search of a handful of builders who feel the same way we do, which is why you are reading this.

Payment

As builders, we know that you have your questions about commission and our procedure will sound fairly familiar to what you have probably seen before. When you accept a commission, you will complete the given build in the time frame decided. Based on your amount of work on said build, you will receive a portion of the profits.
We will be splitting the commission in this manner:
- 80% will be distributed to the individuals who constructed the build fairly
(depending on the amount of work you put in)
- 20% will be used for the purpose of growing our team and paying expenses
