[EMERGENCY] VeltPvp Rank and ts Support ;-;

I've recently bought a rank in velt, and it didnt come to me.. I've been on velt's Ts For like 7 hours already, no support from them. all i've got is a scammer nicked as "spyno" acting as a staff and trying to scam people. ;l where can i find support from velt except for velt's ts? HELP
