Emoji bug?

I'm not 100% sure if it's a bug but basically when you hover over emoji's it shows the name of the emoji twice?

I see some show you how you can use the emoji with : : but the one for example just shows;

when you hover.

Not really a bug. The second part is what the primary replacement for the smilie is, Kappa, which turns into , the first time is its actual name, Kappa.
