I'm John, and I'm a 2-year manager. So, before we begin with all the essays let me tell you a bit about myself aha. I'm an aspiring individual who is currently studying business and tourism. I'm a very organized person, I can't stress that enough aha! Organization is key for me, it shows the maturity of myself, the server, the staff team and overall the reputation of anything in the near future. I don't scam, I've seen server after server paying manager's which are absolute fakes. I don't blame the owner(s), it's easily done. But it's very hard to find the perfect staff member. I'm not perfect, no one is, but I can bring stuff which I stand for. I don't lie or fake it, I do have these specialties.
