I Am looking for 2 more Co-Owners for my server EmpireAttacks. My server has been active for a while now, we have a very unstable player count, this is mostly down to a lack of advertising as I focus on developing plugins and other features.

We have many plans moving forward, I will outline in as much detail as I can for anyone who is interested in joining the team.
Our Goal,
Personally, I LOVED the old days of Minecraft with active Economy and more role play based games, as a result, my server is setup to have a similar feel, we plan to enhance this as much as we can over the next few years.
Plugins
We have around $150/$200 of Premium plugins from Spigot bought and usable by us, We have a dedicated Dev team who making many custom plugins for us and are working on bringing our dreams to reality, we have "Eco" balancing plugins.
Ranks
We have NO Donation ranks, and we will likely never have these, Personally I am Against PayToWin and feel that Paid ranks make it less about the game and more about the donations and being a business, HOWEVER I understand that return in important part of a server, to fix this we plan to add a "Merch" store where we make shirts etc... for Minecraft related memes etc...
though there is no guarantee that as a co-owner you will see return money will usually be put into the server UNLESS there is overflow (Profit) that will split between co-owners everything else goes into running the server.
Staffing.
We have VERY Strict rules on giving/removing staff, as co-owner, you MUST get at least 1 other co-owner to agree with your choice before you may promote or demote people, you must also make sure to @mention the other owners to make them aware of the change along with the reason, on the discord.
Biding,
We are being VERY picky about who we choose to accept, our rules/setup Won't change unless it's a majority choice and will not impact the ethos of the server at current. We are asking for a buy in, to make sure you are serious, we also WILL NOT refund if you later change your mind, if you have questions etc... ask them before you buy in, this is a high-risk investment, a return is not always going to happen and is not guaranteed.
Retaining Co-Owner,
Just because you bought in does not mean you will keep your rank, if you abuse the systems we have or do anything depramental to the ethos of the server we will hold a talk WITH YOU THERE, about the future of your rank, should the majority of the people vote you out then you will lose rank. NO REFUND.
VALID BIDS,
We will only accept bids OVER $250 HOWEVER, raising this amount will not sway us choosing you, it will show us your more serious in a way, but if your view didn't match ours throwing more money wouldn't help at all.
We have between 5 to 6 Co-Owner slots, We do this to make a more Democratic setup rather than one person being FULL POWER, although technically I would retain full ownership the people envoled would get a voice and be listened to in a democratic way, i guess think of it like the US System president is full power but his subordantes have just as much power in the vote system as he would.
Currently 2 of the slots have already been taken by others like you.
