EmpireFactions is currently looking for staff!

EmpireFactions will be one of the most unique faction servers out there, with all these amazing features! We're currently hiring 2 moderators, 2 admins, 2 builders, 1 custom plugin developer and 1 YouTuber. Think you have what it takes to be part of the staff team? Please read the staff requirements below.

Staff Requirements

1. Be active, log on to the server daily.
2. Be professional, it matters!
3. Have good English skills and grammar, nobody likes bad grammar!
4. Have previous experience on other servers.
5. Provide screenshots of your builds in your application (builders only)
6. Be respectful, kind, and caring!
7. You must be 14 or older. Be honest about your age!
8. To ensure you read this and don't copy/paste type mythology at the end of your application.
9. Be able to develop custom plugins (developers only)
10. Have at least 200 or more subscribers (YouTuber only)
11. Have a Skype account!

I suggest that your change the requirement that your staff must at least have a certain amount of subscribers that's just selfish and looking for promotion for your server not all quality staff applicants are active youtubers with subscribers, Good look with your search and your server in the future. (Just a suggestion)

How many hours a day will you be able to dedicate to the server? 3-8 Hours a day

Why would you like to be part of EmpireFactions? Well I haven't had a chance to ever play your server and I'm sure it's great, but to completely be %100 honest I'm just around looking for Up and coming servers that will hopefully allow me to come on and utilize my skill set and let me help with a position on the server where what I do really matters and that I can show my true potential and I know for sure I wouldn't let you down.

What will you do to help EmpireFactions become a better server? Depending on the position I have been given if accepted decides what I can truly do to further EmpireFactions as a business and minecraft server but as some generalities I can advertise to the best of my ability for the server, Use my knowledge of java, plugin congifguration, and commands to create a controlled and fun environment and atmosphere for your players to spend time and play, I can also put forward immense dedication and time towards your server to better it.

Why should we choose you? Because I'm not a power hungry kid who's just looking for some authority over people, but I am a serious applicant who is looking for a server with an Owner who will bestow his trust on me to moderate and help manage his/her server to bring the server to it's maximum potential.

A player is using x-ray, which is against our rules. What would you do? I would abide by the Empire Staff Guidelines and give the said player the correct punishment for xray which I assume would either be a 7 Day Tempban Or Permanent ban from EmpireFactions

A player is being racist. What would you do? As stated above I would punish the player with a punishment that correlates with the Empire Staff Guidelines.

On a scale of 1-10, what is your maturity level? 8 to be completely honest

P.S. I'm not the greatest typer so I'm hoping you will actually take my application seriously and into consideration. Hopefully we can be in contact soon and be working together on your project!

Previous Experience on other servers: I have worked my way from trainee to Admin on a server called berylum. I am looking to expand my list of servers that I have worked for.
How many hours a day will you be able to dedicate to the server? I can spend up to 3-4 Hours most days during the summer. School days about 1-3 hours
Why would you like to be part of EmpireFactions? I would love to be apart of your server because it seems like it has a LOT of potential in the future. I would also like to experience another type of gameplay as the previous server I worked for is a SkyBlock server.
What will you do to help EmpireFactions become a better server? I would help advertise if needed. I would spend time looking into the hackers and finding them so they dont come back and hack again. I can help with new staff training them to learn the commands and such.
Why should we choose you? You should choose me because I bring something different to the server. I bring enjoyment and laughter and all around just amazing playtime. I love to get to know the community and earn their trust.
A player is using x-ray, which is against our rules. What would you do? I would be 100% sure they are x-raying by testing it. I would then take the items they had xrayed and dispose of them. I would then ban him/her for breaking server rules and xraying.
A player is being racist. What would you do? If it is something small like a hate comment twords another player / staff member I would verbally warn them if they wish to continue I would /mute [player] Disrespecting players / staff (what ever they are disrespecting) [punishment time]. If it was an extreme case I would straight away /mute [player] [reason] [punishment time]
On a scale of 1-10, what is your maturity level? I would class myself as a solid 6-7 I can be good fun and enjoy a joke here and there but when it is a serious matter I put my serious face on and knuckle down to business.

Quick question, is the server opening soon or is it still being developed? (Sorry if I missed it in the OP, but I didn't see that info anywhere.)
