Enable Reactions in the Currency Exchange Section

A few months ago you were unable to bump threads in the currency exchange section.

They have fixed this since, and said that it was a bug, so I'm pretty sure that this is a bug aswell, since they haven't been set up for a long time.

I can't see any reason why they should remain that way.
