Enchant Cooldown

I am looking for a plugin that will give me a cooldown on /enchant <enchantment> <level>

Ive looked at a few but the problem is if they use /enchant list to see what they can enchant on the tool then that counts as their /enchant

If you would have taken the time too read my post you would realize i i would still have the same problem as i described, that plugin would give me the same enchant cooldown for /enchant and /enchant fireprotection

That is something you need to fix in a config file...

I couldn't seem to find a plugin that does this. I probably would find a developer that is willing to code a plugin that does what you described.
