EnchantedSky's Looking for a partner to help build up this new server. Read more below to see what I am looking for and to read about me. Also, down below is my idea for the server, but again always looking for ideas and changes. Please comment your thoughts and things I should add or change.

About me:
Well, I am 19 years old and work at a pizza place as a Manager. I don't make much money, I am working on making a small income online with McMarket but its slow atm. I am going to help fund, so far I paid for some plugins & Logo and small hosting. The logo and hosting are cheap and didn't cost much but its what I have for now. I am well-known with Configs, Plugin problems, Commands & perms. I can edit configs and learn them pretty easily. I also can learn a game mode if needed for the future. I am always looking for ideas and changes, I am an open & friendly person. Hope to work with you.
Server Idea:
This is what we have so far, again looking for more ideas & changes. The server starts with Skyblock. 2 Servers of sky block, 1 is Skyblock earth & the other is Skyblock Moon. The idea at first was Skyblock earth & sky block hell but we changed the other sky block to Moon. Skyblock is my favorite game mode & one of my best to work on. Skyblock earth will have a normal base sky block game mode but with some small differences. Such as it will be a Farm Farm base. Not very much in mobs farm but can work with it. The theme will be an earth/homie feeling theme. Skyblock Moon will be a Moon theme or space theme. We want endermans walking around spawn offering random rewards or just to click on them like NPC. The farms will be based on Mobs and enderman, We want the ranks do be differnt names on both servers but we could always just change that and use the same names. both sky block servers will have quests to do Daily to earn money or even spawners.
This is all we have for atm.
Plan:
The plan is to build this server best as possible with what we can. Start to save up for better things like builds and graphics. If I find an investor or partner to invest we will put more into it with the graphics and build but we will get what we can. The server will go public once the server is ready and no buds are found, the website is done and we have a good staff group. Then we will start to adv on small things, like websites, voting, and small YouTubers. Then we will save everything we can to hire a big youtubers such as people with 200k or 500k that can bring us a player base. Once we have a player base we will hold events, giving rewards for voting every month and top islands will get rewards and then add more game modes such as skywars and etc.
