Enchantment Plugin

Hey mc-market, buying a plugin like this one (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/upgradepick-change-your-minecraft-experience.11064/) but rather then getting upgrade points when the pickaxe levels up, have the same menu pop up with 5 pickaxe enchants (one of each rarity) and a success rate and a fail rate. (https://gyazo.com/dedd80a4b33bc3a7769a61e0ed039eb7) In the spreadsheet, their are rarities and their success rates. Success rates also have tiers, so you either can get a high chance of getting a rarity, a medium chance of getting the rarity, and low chance of getting a rarity. If it's a sucess, then the pickaxe gets the enchantment. If it's a fail, the pickaxe gets a lore that says in red "(Amount of failed enchants) failed enchants". The enchants should go in order so if they don't already have efficiency 1, they can't get efficiency 2. The plugin should also support the CustomEnchants plugin.
