Enchantments on Items (Help)

I need help with enchantments on my Prison Server. Here is the problem.
For example one of my kits has protection 35 diamond armor and efficiency 60 pickax and when i get it it does show up as it. But once I move it between inventory slots or start using the items it automatically goes to to Protection X and Efficiency X. Every enchantment over 10 or X gets reset back to X. Any help?

Use ArcaneEnchants as the plugin to enchant your items.

Set unsafe enchantments to true in essentials config.
Use the plugin "kitadder" to create your kits.
Should work perfectly.
