tarponboy201 here, the owner of Encorepvp. We are a an OP factions server.
We average around 20-30 players on the weekdays and about 50-60 on the weekends. I have a lot of the staff positions fulfilled like Helpers, Moderators etc. But we are very low on server administrators.
