end/nether reset plugin

i need a plugin to reset the end every 3 hours and the nether every week
it has to notify the players at 1 hr, 30 min, and 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, min and 30, seconds, as well as when it resets. i also need it to kick the players in the world before the reset and the server has to stay online while it resets without a reload or restart to access the worlds.
