Ender Dragon Plugin

I need a simple plugin where when a player kills an ender dragon. It gives them an ender dragon egg with a lore saying that they killed it at the time they killed it at. Looks like this https://gyazo.com/d7765133f664ea50abc15b68fe8e0981
I also need it to make it so when ender dragons die, they dont spawn a portal in. Can anyone do this?
