Some of the replies I can agree on. If you do have any issues with a live chat representative I encourage reporting them to us & we can handle it. With that being said, I myself don't see anything wrong with Enderbox & I personally try providing good support as best as I can.

We have also been encouraging our members to set their status to offline when not available to make sure that if a customer is requesting support, they wouldn't be waiting.

I do not see the point of starting an argument over an advertisement, and I know feedback comes in negative & positive. But at the end of the day we are just a Minecraft host that provides servers for gamers.

The debate over which host is better isn't really necessary, everyone has one host they like & everyone has different thoughts. Now, I am not here to back Enderbox up or anything. It has it's flaws, every host does.

You can sit there & try to prove me wrong but I am not going to really reply as this is for those who are open minded & will take the time to at least get a grasp on what we try our best to do & provide to our loving customers.

Again, I can agree on some of the replies I've seen. And I think we can have some improvements to Enderbox, and we take that negative feedback & try to improve that to ensure no one experiences it again.

If you are angry or upset with Enderbox, I am sorry that you feel that way.

Doesn't MCM have a rule against multiple accounts?

1.3 Do not create multiple accounts. Each member may have one personal account and one business account.

Ethan, this is the first account I've ever created on Minecraft Market. Plus, that wasn't even a thread about how best Enderbox is. I even said we have flaws, like every host does. Perhaps stop posting on this thread as you seem to just be so involved with this?

If you believe this is a multiple account, so be it. I could care less, but that post was only written for open minded people & the ones who don't accuse of someone breaking the rules without evidence. You can report my account & try & provide legit evidence to Minecraft Market if you think I am breaking the rules

Seems to be a lot of AnvilNode lovers here? Maybe posting on their advertisements if they have any on here

Hi GrassMan, I am sorry you feel that way. I understand that some of the members at Enderbox aren't the best at English. I believe that can be improved greatly, the person who does have horrid english has improved a bit which means we can change

I'm also sorry that your server was terminated with your consent, I'll do a quick investigate on who terminated your server. That is not acceptable on any condition, you should've known your server was being terminated. Completely immature of our members, I will talk & try to figure out what the problem.
