I was planning on testing them out for the heck of it to see if they actually were as bad as others had suggested. I never got past live chat. I have been banned from live chat and threatened with legal action. They claimed I was "harassing" them even though I simply asked how old they were because I saw a lot of accusations on MCM. They got very defensive and requested my ID because they cannot speak with people under 18 on live chat apparently. Yet they're running a MC host, where most of the clients are under 15.

I'm not defaming or trying to destroy this host, I'm simply posting my experience. I hope others don't experience this same treatment as it's certainly unacceptable.

It seems like you must have done something to them. Maybe be a better person? I say this cause you are only to say something like that about this. You also could have made that up that sounds nothing like enderboxhosting.com maybe you were on another host.

Those cheap hosts suck and don't offer their highest quilty services with enderboxhosting.com they do. I have servers with them, and I have tried many cheap hosts before. Unlike cheap host, enderboxhosting provides high quilty premium servers not low-quality budget servers that lag and don't have dedicated RAM and have no DDOS protection.

You also don't get amazing 24/7 support with a cheap with enderboxhosting.com you do.

I am here to tell you as a current member at Enderbox hosting that most of us aren't 12 year olds & infact we have a policy of hiring 16+ applicants.

Some of the replies I can agree on. If you do have any issues with a live chat representative I encourage reporting them to us & we can handle it. With that being said, I myself don't see anything wrong with Enderbox & I personally try providing good support as best as I can.

We have also been encouraging our members to set their status to offline when not available to make sure that if a customer is requesting support, they wouldn't be waiting.

I do not see the point of starting an argument over an advertisement, and I know feedback comes in negative & positive. But at the end of the day we are just a Minecraft host that provides servers for gamers.

The debate over which host is better isn't really necessary, everyone has one host they like & everyone has different thoughts. Now, I am not here to back Enderbox up or anything. It has it's flaws, every host does.

You can sit there & try to prove me wrong but I am not going to really reply as this is for those who are open minded & will take the time to at least get a grasp on what we try our best to do & provide to our loving customers.

Again, I can agree on some of the replies I've seen. And I think we can have some improvements to Enderbox, and we take that negative feedback & try to improve that to ensure no one experiences it again.

If you are angry or upset with Enderbox, I am sorry that you feel that way.
