Enderdragon Boss (Need Help, Paid)

Hi, I'm working on a custom boss plugin where players fight a boss for rewards but I am having two issies

1) The enderdragon mob jut flys to 0 0 0, and does not stay in the "dragon boss arena" I have

2) Players on 1.21 are unable to see the custom bosses the resource pack doesn't load for them, but it works for players on lower versions of minecraft?

Can anyone help me with this, you will be paid
