LGA1155 only supports 32GB of RAM.

LGA1150 only supports 32GB of RAM.

We use 32GB of Swap for background processes, and we assign each server regular RAM and SWAP. So if any server finds a way to get past memory limits, we won't crash.

RAM isn't swap though. Having 32 GB of RAM and 32 GB of swap doesn't give you 64 GB of RAM.

True, but SWAP acts like RAM, it's just slower due to the fact RAM is faster than disk. Sorry for the misconception.
