Requirements to apply
• Must have a Discord account and a working microphone.
• Must be 14 years old or older. We would be willing to make rare exceptions.
• Must not have any punishments within the past two months.
• Must be able to talk in meetings and in support rooms.
We are look for staff members who continuously:
• Take an active and positive role in the community.
• Have shown interest in helping the community (answering questions, helping newcomers, general camaraderie, etc.)
• Show maturity and understanding.
• Keep a cool head in hot situations.
• Communicate well
Duties and jobs of a Staff Member:
Users who serve as lower members of staff primary monitor chat. They are the ones diligently answering players’ questions and helping them. Staff are expected to help maintain a peaceful chat environment. Helper also welcome new players, making sure they get to where they want to be.
Duties include:
• Greeting new players when they join.
• Moderating and enforcing the rules on in chat and on the forums.
• Checking the forums for reports and actively moderating.
• Actively using the forums to keep in touch with the community.
• Answering questions asked in chat and through /helpop.
• Relaying important information to staff and players.
• Actively participating in staff conversations.
• Helping fellow staff mates when needed.
