EndlessPVP -- Looking for a new Developer

We are a really small upcoming RPG Factions server based on Progression and Quests alongside a storyline. It is included with lots of custom coded plugins to help create the ultimate unique game mode. We really want to try and push this idea out and increase its popularity and the community size behind it, and we want a developer who is interested in the idea of being part of this story.

Unfortunately halfway through development, our main two Developers have had to either taken Annual Leave or another personal matter.

We are looking for a new Developer who is paid per plugin! to join our team and help finish off this game mode as we still have lots on our Trello board that we would like to complete within the next month or so!

Payment
We can pay you through PayPal only. We will pay 50% upfront and 50% afterwards. As long as we can have access to test the plugin somewhere.

What we want of you
We expect our developers to be able to complete these projects within faster than usual timeframes of assigning, if you feel you need more time, don’t hesitate to give us notice in advance of the deadline. If you only notify us in the last week we will only pay 75% of remaining funds on completion.

We want someone who is willing to stay on after release to help us with the weekly update schedule. And you will need to give us a two-week notice if you need time away.

We expect that you will know how to depend on Vault, We also expect to receive bug fixes for no fee and ongoing support if you stay on with us and if not for two months after the plugin has been completed.

Do you mean 50% before the plugin is made or 50% after the plugin is made and tested but not handed over?
