I am selling my server, due to my being in the military and not having time to manage this server. As it pains me to sell the server, it honestly just needs to be done.

Donations come in at around 30-50 per month. But i follow the EULA with my donations so i dont get as much as i should be getting. Whether you do when you buy it is your choice.

The server has a spawn, that is not completely finished, but its still really nice and keeps players staying. Youd only have to tweak a few things honestly.
The server itself is a Towny server, which can always be changed of course. It has jobs, that are customized to the /shop that we have ingame. There are custom essentials messages, which you can always change through the control panel, or just remove completely! There is the plugin Auction House, which is a paid plugin, basically opens a GUI for players to auction things off in. Its actually very neat. Another paid plugin is the /shop plugin, its paid and recently updated! Another plugin, that was paid for, is the Async World Edit plugin, which basically if you dont know what it is, look it up, it makes world edit work in a different way. Like it will only load X amount of blocks per second, its really neat.

Another neat system we have going on is AutoRanking, basically the players get a rank based on how long they play, and it automatically ranks them up. Type /ranks in game to see the ranks, and then type /ar check to see how long you have played, and how long you have left til the next rank. Players seem to really like this.

The current playerbase of the server is around 20 players throughout the day (US times) And then throughout the night, its pretty weak, only like 5 players on. You can always advertise during the night though and increase that.

The starting bid for this server, for me to even sell it at all, is $170, and this is mainly because ive put alot of money, and work into configuring plugins for this server. $300 to buy without any competition from other people, and ill give it to you without considering anyone else.

Hey Spencer, you need to provide more proof backing up the claims you are making in this post, for example a proof of your donation store stats to show you are making $30-$50 a month, proof of the players you get on the server and also proof that you own the server (Typing in the chat MCM Proof so we can see your owner tag whilst you are on the server).

The thing is, the server only just started. So with more ads, and more players, you will recieve more donations. You would literally make the money back after buying the server. Also, the spawn is not completed, i stated that in the ad. But the spawn is still really nice, built by myself, and it would only need a few details tbh. Someone could do that with any server though that has 0 players or 100.
