Thanks, but I will do that if I can not get this theme to work. Do you think if I download UIX DARK and upload the files it may work?

If you install them correctly it may work, never worked with that theme myself, but i would give it a try

I will give it a shot, but would that explain why the header is taking up half of the screen?

Is there any theme that is clean, flat, modern, and that no other server had, or over used you can recommend?

yes, UIX_DARK, UIX_LIGHT, FLAT_AWESOME dark or light too those are good designs and are easily maniuplated by developers and or yourself if you know how
