Enjin Portal page + forum + vote etc

Hi,
I use enjin and dont really want to change but i am in need of a website design.
I really like the portal pages but wanted this on enjin if its possible same as the header for forum , vote etc pages.

I dont have a logo as yet and this is something else i seek.
