I cannot get you a design, but I will setup your website, ranks, nodes everything along those lines.

enjin setups really don't take too much skill, and coding a custom HTML theme for enjin isn't that hard. Nevertheless, I don't recommend getting a theme (unless you have ultimate) but you should let someone (like alter) setup the website and make it look nice depending on the plan. More or less, it's still chargeable as it takes a while.
