But idk how to do it so i need someone. I have seen it done before and ik that this website is enjin hosted. It will have like 4 or 5 options and i also need a logo like that

This is not Enjin. This is in-fact Wix. It is possible to create a single page that does not use Enjin and incorporate this with the rest of the Enjin website.

Like mentioned already splash pages work via html & css. You don't need Enjin integration for it to work.
