Hi, I am designing Enjin and Xenforo websites for a cheap price I could do free if you want but, it wont be as good I would rate it 3.

Dont you understand the meaning of "This is the only example I had and is not yet complete"

I would suggest getting more work out before actually selling some as Christopher stated you should lower you're cost just for setting up a theme heck I would do it for free lol.
