Requirements

• Must have discord and a working microphone.
• Must be age 16 or older. We would be willing to make rare exceptions.
• Must have experience in server administration and management.

Manager Tasks:

• Organizing and reviewing all staff applications in an unbiased manner.
• Conducting voice interviews with accurate and detailed questions to get a detailed understanding of the potential applicant.
• Managing and organizing all staff members and roles as well as maintaining staff activity and handing out required warnings, suspensions, demotions or removals as needed.
• Creating, organizing and reviewing all staff guidelines as well as giving out warnings for violations of the staff guidelines and use appropriate punishment methods.
• Managing all community areas including but not limited to forums, social network pages, public galleries and Discord servers.
• Organizing and planning community events on but not limited to forums, Discord and Server.
• Helping and organizing different methods of advertising on various platforms and standards.
• Answer all queries and questions from both staff and players alike and helping them with a quick response time.
• Bringing all game related support requests to developers for debugging and fixing.
