Edit: After discussing this issue further with the individual, we have come to a mutual agreement and thus these posts have been amended. The user supposedly used code provided by Clock on his sites which was copied, however this is yet to be confirmed by Enscivwy, so I do hope he clears this up in a post on this thread.

Aight. Heres the deal DarkKnight Deleted User 71355
1. The only copied code you pointed out was originally given to me by Clock.
2. I was doing the design according to clients specifications via screenshots, until I decided to check out DarkKnights Portfolio.
3. I had immediately contacted DarkKnight, explaining the situation, and did not turn out well, with accusations coming out of everywhere.
4. In the end, I found the footer of the design removed, so I just left it assuming DarkKnight removed it.
5. After all that, this happened, and once again did not turn out well.
I have admitted that the design was copied, but the code in no terms was copied. No one wants trouble, especially with a person like dark. Im still learning XenForo, and have acquired a good amount of knowledge with it, and I DO NOT need to copy any code. I have 3 XenForo developers in my contacts, and I can ask them whatever I want, and whenever I want.
I sincerely apologize for all this mess caused, and am Telling all users again.
No code has been copied, and no templates are being used in your designs.
