UPDATE:
After getting certified as a Summerhost on https://summerhost.club/, FCAA added me and the Summerhost owner on Discord and try to tone down (he was very hostile when I talked to him yesterday as you can see in the pictures above) and explain his business. From what I am seeing, he is a complete lunatic.
Apparently, they try to make a "Ram Bank"(for people to buy and sell server based on Ram - Yep, they don't care about quality) which is an absolute joke. When they were challenged about it they sent me a definition of the Ram Stick, which has nothing to do with what they were talking about.
He also bragged about how good his SSL is, being the highest behind a business SSL certificate (honestly I don't even know what he means by that). Turns out, it was just a $14 DV SSL cert and there is nothing so simple about it. A LetsEncrypt certificate can have the same level of protection. It's literally the second cheapest he could have bought. And he only added this after getting exposed for not taking care of the customer and protect the website a few weeks ago. At that point, he even cried that SSL was useless.
As soon as I exposed them for over selling (just look at their prices), they change the price back up to $3/GB to get away from it. This is also a man who claims overselling was normal and ok until Minecraft came. How pathetic.
