Hey Guys!

I am The13Ninjas, Owner of Entity Builds.

I am making this post to see if anyone has any feed back or improvement ideas for our team. Our old clients, and people who haven't bought builds from us are welcome to comment!

I'd say aim for more consistent quality control of output commissions. I've had several clients now who were dissatisfied with the work you gave them one way or another, for actual legitimate reasons (I had a look at it myself). I found that things like individual builds were decent, but there were so many little bugs and bumps that made them look bad.

I know not all of your builders have the same level (though your standards have gone up, I doubt you've kicked out all of those with lower level), but I'd recommend trying to train them to be at the same level of your portfolio at the very least.

in terms of overall building skill, maybe have your builders practice "depth" a bit more. A lot of your builds seem to still very much be a shape with detail slathered on it.

I know that's a difficult thing to do, I still have trouble with it as well. but upon achieving it you'll be able to approach teams like Vaeron.

Thanks! I Agree completely. I am not satisfied with my team's current output. My builders are not to blame either are the clients prices are all low, but at the same time its our responsibility to give good prices. I am doing my best to turn it around. Much appreciated. I will be much more strict with quality control.

Build renders for screenshots,.
I feel that renders really falsify the natural look of the build...would you agree?
and start doing some more VC's to get a bigger portfolio. Also, take on more ambitious projects.
We have enough vouches to be clear on legitimacy I'd say, and do you think we would benefit from even more builds in our portfolio? We can add more as we have hundreds of builds.

The more the better. I feel renders are good, but your choice.
Okay, thanks for the tip! I'll be adding more builds to our portfolio shortly.

The everlasting dilemma, eh? If you don't produce constant high-level builds you won't get well-paying clients, but without well-paying clients it's too much to produce high-level builds.
