I am an "OCD nazi" and some may find this thread snobby and obnoxious but I am being truthful.
Today I will be grading a few things.
  1. Professionalism
  2. Server Specs & Speed
  3. Overall design and usage
  4. Support
  5. Other

Professionalism

EntityHosting has showed me fantastic professionalism. I spotted no errors in their website & grammar skills. As an OCD person, I appreciate their professionalism. I reccomend them for people who are businesslike.
10/10

Server Specs & Speed
  • Intel Xeon E5-1650v3 CPU
  • DDR4 ECC RAM
  • Crucial SSDs
  • 1Gbps Port
  • 50Gbps DDoS protection
  • Located in Dallas, Texas
  • Psychz Data Center
I was given these specs by EntitySupport. They seem balanced and I was very surprised by the speed my server ran at. Their web hosting ran a site at excellent load times.
10/10

Overall Design & Usage

Their website was clean, well developed, and overall nice to use. Browsing and finding information/products was easy and interesting. They use a nice WHCMS theme and WHCMS is always easy to use.
10/10

Support

I read up and their ticket system is good, I got fast response times via PM but live chat was offline. I think a very professional company should try 24/7 LC, but it's fine for now. I am good with servers and wouldn't need the support too often.
8.5/10

Other

I was impressed with EntityHosting and I think they are a very good option for MC and web hosting.

Overall Grade:
97/100

I highly recommend EntityHosting and I will use them in the future.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

However their design is very outdated; looks like something from the 90s Kappa

The CPU is a little bit disappointing. I know the owner of EntityHosing, he knows what he's doing but a E5-1650 isn't the "Best" CPU, you can around 300 - 450 players and usually you can buy all of the hardware they use for 1200$ to 1500$ or rent it for 120$ To 180$ per month.

Also, normally have a 24/7 support can cost you between 1500 to 2000 per month. I understand why they don't have that.

Overall
EntityHosting 8/10

Nice review!

Thank You very much for reviewing our services! We appreciate the honest and unbiased review. Having members from the MCM community to be able to provide constructive feedback is what helps us improve and grow as a company.

Website was designed 1-2 months prior. We will be looking to rebrand soon with those beautiful samples you supplied us with <3

Yeah, I can agree on the professional part.
The dude who owns the MCM account or whatever is kind and professional :p
Thank You very much <3

The CPU is a little bit disappointing
I would say that the CPU would be overkill in the sense that Minecraft doesn't effectively use all threads. This CPU would be better for VPS solutions. I would agree and say that an E3 would be more cost effective to use for a Minecraft node.

Also, normally have a 24/7 support can cost you between 1500 to 2000 per month
Agreed, rather than have agents standing by on LiveChat, we receive Ticket and Email notifications across various platforms to ensure proper and rapid response to any client requests.
