Hello fellow investors/sellers today I am going to be talking about the subject of joining a network as a staff member, now recently I entered the buying/selling side of gaming and plan to invest a lot of money into it and make and raise a lot of communities. I will shortly be investing into premium rank on the forums and will be looking for networks to buy, preferably with a high playerbase and a lot of stuff configured already but I am not like that and can invest money and time into half developed communities. This is besides the point, today I am looking for a network/server to work on. I have full experience and maturity and can undergo anything necessary to your needs. Some may ask why don't you find a community yourself? That's a good point but recently I left a network I had invested a lot of time into and watched it grow so far but I am no longer apart of it. I have a lot of good leadership skills and have a variety of skills that could benefit the community as a whole. Now I will tell you a few servers I have have worked on in the past. I also hope to rebuild my reputable on this beloved platform.

EXPERIENCE:
Hyperbian: I had worked on Hyperbian for a good few months and loved the experience, I put a lot of my skills into practice and met a lot of new people and developed my leadership skills further. I worked with new people and had to deal with a lot of good and bad staff members.
KSF Surf: Now this is not a mc community but as many of you steam players may know they own a big branch of surf servers in the CSGO community ranging from houndreds and hundreds of players. I met a lot of new people and learnt a lot of skills here.
REPutations: Now this is very different to the others, this was not a server of network but a community just like this. I moderated the steam group reviewing REP pages and removing scammers and untrusted accounts. This group had over 1000 members and growing.
Arkham Network: This is different to the others but this still prooves my grammar, descriptive and attention to detail in applications. My application was accepted on there but sadly the staff team was not recruiting anymore and my application was put on hold and I have not heard back since.
ReptilianPvP: I worked here for a good 3 months as a helper then got promoted to moderator then senior moderator.
I have a lot of experience in other words and can ensure you I will not disappoint.

So your probably wondering, what's are my motives? My mindset? My background & culture, well I will be telling you a bit more about myself.
My name is Kian, I am not your typical teenager you see I like to think of myself as a mature, unique and intelligent person as I have been told by past peers.
I also have a very strong skill with leadership. Ever since I was young I have always been complimented by my peers and teachers for my strong skill with leadership. I feel I can manage almost anyone with my other skills such as discipline, maturity and determination. Throughout my time I have had to deal with A LOT of immature, careless and ignorant people, I just don't work with that. I also don't work in communities with no trust, no justice and a corrupt system, it's very sad to see great servers die to these issues.
I also am very dedicated, I stay with my team to the very end and can aspire people to continue through tough times. Although I am loyal I am not stupid, if I know something is going on I will confront. I will always go the extra mile when my peers don't have time and have a variety of skills, this merged with my experience would be very effective in my opinion.
