Hello!

I'm looking for entry level web developers do delegate smaller projects.

Compensation will depend, we can negotiate that later.

Why work for me?
- Freedom:
- No contracts etc.
- Flexibility: Complete bite-sized tasks on your own time. (Think mini-wheaties)
- Managment:
- Customer support etc. is handled
- Sales
- Customers automagically acquired
- Work Enviornment
- ide.dgramop.xyz
- Customized online code editor (work on anything from anywhere!)
- Very soon, we'll have a dashboard up with all sorts of cool stuff to help you track earnings, manage products
- Learning
- Learn industry-standard practices in a project based environment, while getting paid!
- Design and styling guidlines
- $$$
- Paid on an project basis
- Hourly payment is rare
- No "Monthly stipend"

Sometimes, buisness is slow, so you don't get projects, or maybe I'm giving projects to someone better than you.

Please express your interest via skype: dhruv.gram
Applicants with a (pdf) resume will be given special consideration

Would nice be to screenshots of this online code editor, also on your main site dgramop.xyz not sure if you know already but it's not the best at being responsive (I'm on a phone right now and half the words are cut off), the title with "n00bs need not apply" makes this thread slightly unprofessional, I'd suggest maybe include what they need to know for the roles and require some past work, that way you're not saying their noobs but will know they're experienced and you are looking for someone who already knows how to develop to a good level. Other than that good luck with hiring?

Yea I wouldn't write code for consumers on a non-HTTPS site. I don't understand why people take up teams with web development, you can do the same without a team and earn more money.

In most cases you are not wrong, in fact, my thoughts are usually the same.

Currently I've got a few big projects that I need to work on, so I plan to send these projects over to a few developers if necessary.

Generally I work alone, so needless to say this is a short-term position
