Thanks for inquiring on our servers. We own our own servers. They are in a cage, managed by Global Frag Networks, in the Coresite facility in LA. A simple search on the IP shows that we own the actual IP of the server. It is not assigned to us by a provider, but rather was assigned to us by ARIN directly: https://whois.arin.net/rest/net/NET-23-239-128-0-1.html

When I hosted with you guys it'd constantly lag, but that was over a year ago.

A lot can happen in a year. Like stated above, we're expecting a lot of changes in the next few days. If you'd like, I can set up a free trial server for you to test it out!

EDIT:However, many factors may contribute to lag, which includes plugin misconfiguration, map corruption, etc, etc. Do you have any real evidence that it was in our end and indeed not on your end?
